Automatic rotary machines

Our automatic rotary unscrambling machines and systems can be fully customised for special products, developed according to your specific bottling needs.

The range of possible systems includes:

Merger machines – from 2 rows to 1 row

The machine, located at the output of the filler-capper, receives the capped products in 2 rows and merges them into 1 row via a carousel. The products exit the machine in a single row.

Divider machines - from 1 row to 2/3 rows

The machine, located at the output of the straw applicator, receives the capped products in 1 row and directs them to the carousel.

In output, the products can be extracted using an automatic mechanical system (gripper), dividing them into 2 or 3 equally spaced rows.
